Til Odense Katedralskole har billedkunstnerne Malene Bach og Nat Bloch Gregersen skabt de stedsspecifikke værker Farvetransformation og Glitch Season (2025).

Malene Bachs farverige kompositioner i linoleumsgulvene bindes sammen af et freskomaleri, der guider bevægelsen gennem huset. Med Glitch Season forbinder Nat Bloch Gregersen skolens inde- og uderum ved at indkapsle danske tidsler i resin, hvor natur møder teknologi.

Tilsammen forvandler værkerne trapperummet til en visuel fortælling, hvor farve, lys og materialer skaber små universer, der inviterer til refleksion og oplevelse. Filmen følger kunstnernes arbejdsproces og tankerne bag værkerne.

For Odense Katedralskole, visual artists Malene Bach and Nat Bloch Gregersen created the site-specific artworks Farvetransformation and Glitch Season (2025).

Bach’s vibrant compositions in the linoleum floors are connected by a fresco that guides movement through the building, while Gregersen’s Glitch Season bridges the school’s interior and exterior by encapsulating Danish thistles in resin, where nature meets technology.

Together, the works transform the stairwell into a layered visual experience where colour, light and materials create small worlds that invite reflection and discovery. The film follows the artists’ process and the ideas behind the artworks.
