Pasta+ travels to Tuscany and visits some of the best restaurants in the world. We become acquainted with the fine basic ingredients of the Italian kitchen and gain tips and ideas from the Italian chefs. Each restaurant has its own specialities and each chef his own secrets. We get to know the chef, the person who meddles in the cooking, the regular customers and last but not least the pasta. Furthermore we learn how to prepare traditional and untraditional pasta dishes and reveal som of the secrets behind Italian cooking.
