The artist Jens Flemming Sørensen often finds inspiration in the forms of nature when making his sculptures. With materials like granite, bronze and marble he forms human body parts, or he forms spheres or obelisks which seem to be wresting their way out of the shell they are placed in. JJ Film portrays the mysterious and impressive artist. We follow his work in Pietrasanta, the city of bronze and marble in Italy where he lives, and we witness the process and the many thoughts he has ahead of the final result.
