The farmer prince

Prince Joachim feels that his title ought to be ”farmer”. We meet the Prince in his daily work as a modern farmer, who has 25,000 acres of land that surrounds Schakenborg Castle. When Prince Joachim was only nine years old he knew that one day he would take over Schakenborg. The Prince tells us of his life in the countryside and of being a self-employed farmer, being in charge of harvesting while his wife Princess Alexandra is in charge of their budgets and correspondence.
